This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP

Supplies Needed:
 
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tubes of choice

Font of choice - I am using Waterbrush Rob

Filters used
 
Penta.com - Jeans & color dot
Eye candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
VanDerLee Unplugged X-Interlace
VM Extravaganza - Transmission

Supplies here
 
Lets get started

Open up the template-close off the watermark layer
Image-canvas size-change the height and width to 700 x 700

Select frame fill 1 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #96458c
Effects-plugins-penta.com-jeans-use the following settings
 
Open up your tube of choice-image-mirror-copy and paste onto your canvas
Arrange over the selected area
Selections-invert-hit delete-duplicate the tube layer-on the duplicated layer
Adjust-blur-gaussian blur-change the radius to 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light
Effects-plugins-VanDerLee Unplugged X-Interlace-default settings
Selections-select none-on the original tube layer
Add drop shadow of 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black

Select the frame fill 2 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #d62e81
Effects-plugins-penta.com-color dot-use following settings
 
Open up your tube layer again-image-mirror-copy and paste onto your canvas
Arrange over the selected area
Selections-invert-hit delete-selections-select none
Duplicate the tube layer-on the duplicated layer
Adjust-blur-gaussian blur-change the radius to 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light-on the original tube layer
Add drop shadow of 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black
 
Repeat above drop shadow for frame 1 & 2 layers

Select star 2 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #96458c-new raster layer-flood fill with #d62e81
Selections-select none-on the pink star-resize by 80%
Arrange in the centre of the larger star
Effects-plugins-penta.com-jeans-use the above settings
Selections-select all-float-defloat-modify-expand by 2.00
New raster layer-flood fill with #000000-selections-select none
Move this layer below the pink star layer
Select the larger purple star layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Modify-expand by 2.00-new raster layer-flood fill with #000000-selections-select none
Move this layer below the purple star layer
Drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black
Repeat the above for the other star using alternate colours
Then adding above Penta.com-color dot settings
See tag above
 
Select the rectangle 1 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #d62e8-selections-select none-close off the original rectangle layer
Duplicate-effects-plugins-penta.com-jeans-use above settings
Using the selection tool-rectangle-draw out a thin rectangle in the centre of the rectangle
 

Hit delete-select the original flood filled layer
Effects-plugins-penta.com-color dot-use above settings
 


Selections-select none-select the rectangle layer we added the jeans filter too
Drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black
 

Select the rectangle 2 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #96458c-selections-select none-close off the original rectangle layer
Duplicate-effects-plugins-penta.com-color dot-use above settings
Using the selection tool-rectangle-draw out a thin rectangle in the centre of the rectangle
 

Hit delete-select the original flood filled layer
Effects-plugins-penta.com-jeans-use above settings
 

Selections-select none-select the rectangle layer we added the color dot filter too
Drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black
 

Repeat for the rectangle 3 layer

Select the circle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #d62e8-duplicate-close the duplicated layer for now
New raster layer-flood fill with #96458c
Selections-select none
On the pink circle layer-add above penta.com-jeans settings
On the purple circle layer-add above penta.com-color dot settings
Using the selection tool-rectangle-draw out a rectangle around the top of the circle
Then hit delete

Repeat for the bottom part of the circle
 
Add drop shadow to the pink circle layer
Reopen the duplicated circle layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-change the radius to 20.00
Effects-plugins-VM Extravaganza-transmission-use the following settings
 

Move this layer above your white background layer

Open up the dots supplied-see tag for placement

Using a font of choice-I am using Waterbrush Rob-add your name
I also added noise to the name but this is entirely up to you
Effects-plugins-eye candy 4000-gradient glow
 


Add above drop shadow
Crop and resize your tag if needed-add proper copyright info then save your tag as .png
