This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP

Supplies Needed:

PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Ray Leaning
I purchased this tube when he was at MPT - as far as I know I don't think he is selling his artwork anywhere!
Ribbon by Clarey Thanks hun!!
Bows of choice
Heart accents and diamond
Mask by Becky

 
Font of choice - I am using 'Century Gothic' and 'Times New Roman'

Filters used - Penta.com - Dots and Cross and Xenofex 2 - Constellation

Supplies here

Let's get started

Open the supplies and minimize for now

New canvas 650 x 500 we can resize later on-flood fill white

Preset shape-ellipse-stoke null-fill black-whilst holding down shift draw out a circle about the size of mine
Convert to raster-drop shadow of choice

Now add the filter Penta.com - Dots and Cross - default settings

Preset shape-ellipse-stoke white-fill null-width 3.00
Draw out a circle-smaller than the one above-convert to raster
We shall be adding the filter 'Constellation' to this layer later on

Back on the larger circle layer-grab the selection tool
Draw out a rectangle-flood fill the selection white-select none

Preset shape again-ellipse-stoke white-fill null-do not convert to raster-we will be deleting this later
New layer-we are going to add your words around the circle
Choose your font I used 'Century Gothic' with your font tool selected go over to your circle
Click when you see a curve on the tool-write out your saying I chose 'Showstopper'

Once happy-convert to raster-delete the last circle you drew out
Duplicate your word layer-flip-mirror-arrange like mine above

Copy and paste the ribbon by Clarey-resize-place at the top of the white rectangle
Duplicate-place at the bottom of the rectangle

Add any accents and bows of choice-place where desired or like mine above

Copy and paste your tube-drop shadow of choice-place to the right of your tag

Add a new layer above your white background-flood fill black
Layers-new mask layer-from image-look for the mask supplied-click ok
Merge group-resize if needed

Now add your name using font of choice-I used 'Times New Roman'
Convert to raster-place where happy

Crop and resize if needed

Add proper copyright info

Now we shall add the 'Constellation' filter to the white circle
Click on the circle layer- Xenofex 2 - Constellation - using the following settings

Edit-copy merged-in AS paste as new animation

Back in Psp-hit undo-add the filter again but hit the random button

Edit-copy merged-back in AS-paste after current frame

Back to Psp-repeat the above

You will now have 3 frames

All thats left is to check your animation then save as .gif
