This tutorial was written for those 
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Ismael Rac

Font of choice - I am using LD Jilly Nilly and FFF Urban

Filters used:

Eye Candy 4000 Gradient Glow
MuRa's Meister copies

Let's get started

New canvas 700 x 700 flood fill white

Using the selection tool-ellipse-draw out a oval shape
See tag above for size
Open up paper 2 from the kit-copy and paste onto the canvas
Arrange over the selected oval shape-selections-invert-hit delete
Open up the crystal rain from the kit-copy and paste onto the selected area
Once happy-hit delete-selections-select none
On the oval shape-effects-plugins-gradient glow-use the following settings

Add drop shadow of 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Using a pixel font of choice-I am using FFF Urban
Foreground null-background #ff67b2
Add the words Misfits Rock-objects-align-centre in canvas-convert to raster
Effects-plugins-MuRa's Meister copies-use the following settings

Close this layer for now

 
Using the selection tool-ellipse-draw out another oval shape
Smaller than the previous one-see tag above
Open up paper 5 from the kit-copy and paste onto the canvas
Arrange over the selected oval shape-selections-invert-hit delete
Reopen the Misfits Rock text layer-hit delete
Change the blend mode on the text layer to soft light
Open up the wire from the kit-copy and paste onto your canvas
Arrange over the selected shape-hit delete-selections-select none
Add drop shadow to the wire 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Add drop shadow to the smaller oval shae 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black

Open up frame 6 from the kit-resize-copy and paste onto your tag
Arrange on the left of your shapes
Using the magic wand-select the centre of each frame
Selections-modify-expand by 2.00-new raster layer
Flood fill this with #000000-open up blur 2 from the kit
Copy and paste over to your tag-arrange over the selected frames
Selections-invert-hit delete
Open up your tube of choice-image-mirror-resize if needed
Copy and paste onto your tag-arrange over the blur we just added
Hit delete-duplicate the tube-on the duplicated layer
Adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change th blend mode to soft light-on the original tube layer
Change the blend mode to Luminance (L)

Open up the notes from the kit-copy and paste onto your tag
Arrange as above to the left of your tag
Move this layer so its just above the wire layer
Drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black

Open up the notepaper from the kit-copy and paste over to your tag
Rotate this right 15.00-resize if needed
Arrange to the right of your tag-move this layer below the oval shape layers
Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Open the cardboard 1 element from the kit
Resize if needed-copy and paste onto your tag
Rotate right 10.00-arrange over the notepaper-repeat drop shadow

Now add the glitter 2 from the kit-arrange over the cardboard
Repeating drop shadow

Copy and paste the sequins1 from the kit
Arrange this layer inbetween the large oval and your smaller oval shape
Move over to the right of your tag
Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Add any other elements from the kit
I added a bow, music notes, glitter splash and some beads

Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange to the right of your tag
Erasing any excess-duplicate the tube-on the duplicated layer
Adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00-change the blend mode to soft light
On the original tube layer-add drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black

Using a font of choice-I am using LD Jilly Nilly
Add your name-convert to raster-add following gradient glow settings

Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black-see tag above for placement

Crop and resize your tag if needed-add proper copyright info then save your tag as .png
