This tutorial was written for those 
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

 
Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Armando Huerta

I bought this tube when he was selling at MPT - he is no longer selling tubes
Font of choice - I am using 'Times New Roman'

Filter used - 'VM Extravaganza - Transmission'

Supplies here

Let's get started

Open and minimize the supplies for now

New canvas 600 x 600 flood fill white

Preset shape-rectangle-stoke white-fill color from your tube-width 4.00
Draw out a small rectangle-convert to raster-place to the left of the canvas
Drop shadow 0, 0, 50, 5.00 black

Using your magic wand-click inside the rectangle-selections-modify-expand by 1
Maximise your tube-add drop shadow 5, 5, 50, 5.00 black
Copy and paste onto your canvas-place over the selected rectangle
Selections-invert-delete-merge visible the tube part and rectangle
Duplicate-mirror-arrange to the right of your tag

Preset shape-rectangle-stoke white-fill null-width 4.00
Draw out a long rectangle in the middle off the smaller rectangles
Grab the magic wand-click inside the rectangle-selections-modify-expand by 2-new raster layer
Using the flood fill tool-stoke white-fill color from your tube
In stoke change that to gradient-add following settings

Flood fill the selected rectangle-select none-move this below the rectangle
Add drop shadow to the rectangle 0, 0, 30, 3.00 black

Back to the smaller rectangles-merge visible these 2 layers
Duplicate-resize by 80-move this layer below your original rectangles
Duplicate this layer-resize 80-move below the above layer
Repeat the above step one more time

Copy and paste your tube as new layer-drop shadow 5, 5, 50, 5.00 black
Place in the centre off your tag

Add the bow and diamond that I supplied-colorize if needed-duplicate
Place where desired or see tag above for placement

Click on the white background-new raster layer
Preset shape-ellipse-stoke null-fill color from your tube
While holding down the shift key-draw out a circle
Convert to raster-adjust-blur-gaussian blur 20.00
Now add the filter VM Extravaganza-Transmission-default settings

Using a font of choice-add any words to the bottom of your tag
I chose 'Set Me Free'-duplicate your words and change the opacity if desired

Now to add your name

Crop and resize if needed

Add proper copyright info
