This tutorial was written for those 
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

 
Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Ismael Rac
If you would like to use his artwork please visit his store here
Tag template #177 by me you can get this from my blog here
2 scrap papers of choice I am using ones from the 'Peep Show' kit here
It is PTU but any papers will work
Sexy element of choice I am using one from the above kit
Mask by Weescotslass Thanks hun!
Font of choice - I am using 'Century Gothic' and 'Digs My Hart
Diamond

Filters used - 'Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow' and Penta.com - Jeans'

Supplies here

 
Lets get started

Open up your supplies and minimize for now all except my tag template

 
Image-canvas size-change the width and height to 700 x 700-click ok
Close of my watermark layer

Select the circle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange over the circles-selections-invert-hit delete
Selections-select none-duplicate the tube parts-on the duplicated layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur 3.00-click ok
Change the blend mode to soft light
Select my original circle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat-selections-modify by 3.00
New raster layer-flood fill with a colour to match your tube-selections-select none-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Close off my circle layer-select the duplicated circle tube layer-effects-plugins-penta.com - Jeans-using the following settings

 Colorize with a colour of choice
Select the shape layer-selections-select all-float-defloat-using a paper of choice-copy and paste over the selected area
Selections-invert-hit-delete-selections-select none-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 40, 4.00 black

Repeat the above for the layer named rectangle using a different paper of choice

Select the rectangle2 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Copy and paste your tube-arrange to the left of the selected rectangle-selections-invert-delete
Paste your tube again-arrange to the right of the selected rectangle-hit delete
Selections-select none-duplicate both these tube parts-on the original tube part layers change the blend mode to Luminance (L)
Back to the duplicated tube layers-adjust-blur-gaussian blur 3.00-click ok-do this to both the left and right tube parts
Change the blend mode on both these layers to Screen
Select the rectangle2 layer again-selections-select all-float-defloat-selections-modify by 5.00-click ok
New raster layer-flood fill this with white-selections-select none-drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black
Colorize the right tube part if desired

Using a font of choice-I am using 'Century Gothic'-add any words to match your tube
I chose 'Limited Babe'-add drop shadow to your words 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Copy and paste the diamond supplied-colorize if desired-arrange on the left of your tag as above
Duplicating if you want more-drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black

Add a sexy element to the right of your tag-above drop shadow

Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange in the center of your tag-drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black

 
New canvas 600 x 600 flood fill with a colour from your tube
Layers-new mask layer-from image-look for the mask WSL_Mask220-click ok
Merge group then copy and paste over to your tag-arrange this layer above the white background layer
Still on the mask layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Effects-plugins-penta.com - Jeans-using the same settings as above

Using a font of choice-I am using 'Digs My Hart' add your name-arrange where desired
Effects-plugins-eye candy 400 - gradient glow-use the following settings

Drop shadow 1,1, 30, 3.00 black
Crop and resize your tag if needed-add proper copyright info then save your tag as .png
