This tutorial was written for those 
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Ray Leaning

I purchased this tube when he was at MPT - as far as I know I don't think he is selling his artwork anywhere!
Font of choice - I am using 'Century Gothic'
Frame, Ribbon, Bow and Flower by Clarey Thanks hun!!<br>
Tagback - If this is yours please email me so I can either credit or remove thanks!
Brush of choice

Supplies here

 
Let's get started

Open and minimize the supplies for now

New canvas 600 x 600 flood fill white

Copy and paste the tagback supplied-place in the centre of your canvas
Colorize to match your tube

Copy and paste the frame supplied-resize if needed
Place this at the bottom off the tagback

Using the magic wand-click inside the first square of the frame
Selections-modify-expand by 2-copy and paste your tube
Place part of your tube over the selected area-once happy-selections-invert-delete
Move the tube part below the frame layer
Repeat for the other 3 squares using different parts of your tube

Add drop shadow to the frame 0, 0, 50, 5.00 black

Copy and paste the ribbon-resize-place at the bottom of the frame<
Add drop shadow 2, 2, 50, 5.00 black

Add the bow and flower-resize-place where desired
Same drop shadow as above

Add a brush saying of choice just underneath the frame
Repeat drop shadow

Copy and paste your tube of choice-resize if needed
Drop shadow as above-place in the centre off your tag

Using the preset shape-ellipse-stoke null-fill black
Draw out some circles-place these below the tagback layer
Same drop shadow as above

Using a font of choice-add your name-place where desired or see tag above
Repeat drop shadow

Crop and resize if needed

Add proper copyright info

Save as .png
