This tutorial was written for those 
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Keith Garvey

Scrap kit by Clarey Thanks hun
Mask - If this is your please let me know so I can give credit or remove
Font of Choice - I am using 'Bank Gothic'

Supplies here

 
Let's get started

New canvas 600 x 600 flood fill white
Preset shape-stoke white-fill null-width 4.00-draw out a large rectangle-like mine above
Move to the middle of your canvas-using the magic wand-click inside the rectangle
Selections-modify-expand by 2

Choose a paper from the kit supplied-copy and paste onto your canvas
Selections-invert-delete-select none
Merge the 2 layers visible-add drop shadow of 2, 2, 40, 4.00

Repeat the above for 2 smaller rectangles-but use a different paper from the kit
Drop shadow as above-see tag above for placement

Now using the Ellipse tool-stoke white-fill null-width 4.00-while holding down shift-draw out your circle
Using the magic wand-click inside the circle-selections-modify-expand by 2

Choose another paper from the kit-copy and paste onto the canvas
Selections-invert-delete-select none
Merge the 2 layers visible-drop shadow as above

Place the circle layer onto the larger rectangle

Copy and paste a ribbon from the kit-place on the rectangle

Open the stitches-copy and paste onto your tag-resize-place where desired or see tag above

Using a font of choice-I am using 'Bank Gothic' add any words of choice to the top and bottom of your tag
I chose the words 'Divalicious Diva Diva Diva Divalicious'

Once happy-add your tube of choice-drop shadow 2, 2, 40, 4.00-place in the middle of your tag

Now to add your name-place where desired-drop shadow as above

Add a new layer above your white background-flood fill color of choice
Open the mask I supplied-layers-new mask layer-from image-look for the mask-click ok
Merge group-resize this layer if needed

Crop and resize your tag if desired

Time to add proper copyright info
