Let's get started

Open up your supplies and minimize for now all except my template

On the template canvas-image-canvas size-change the width and height to 700 x 700

Select the preset shape-ellipse-foreground any colour as we will be deleting this
Background null-width 3.00
Hold down shift while drawing out a circle just a little bit bigger than my largest circle (circle1 layer)
Do not convert to raster just yet
New raster layer-we are going to add your words on the circle-choose your font I used '0 Whoa DNA'
With your font tool selected go over to the circle you just drew out
Click when you see a curve on the tool
Type out your sayings-I chose the words 'Doesn't Take Much To Look This Good!!!'
Once happy-convert to raster-delete the circle layer you made
Now add the filter 'Eye Candy 4000' - gradient glow to your words

Add drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Select circle1 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat-copy and paste your first paper choice
Arrange over the selected circle-selections-invert-hit delete-do not deselect yet
Selections-invert-selections-modify-select selection borders-use the following settings

Set your foreground to pattern then look for your glitter tile
Once you have your glitter tile in foreground-add a new raster layer on your canvas
Then flood fill the selected area with the glitter-now you should have a gltter border around the large circle
Selections-select none-if you see any of the scrap paper around the outside of the glitter border
Use the eraser tool to remove it-add drop shadow to the glitter border 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Repeat all of the above for the circle2 layer

Select the one of the frame layers-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill this with the glitter tile again-selections-select none
Close off the original frame layer-repeat drop shadow

Repeat the above for the remaining 2 frame layers

Select the frame background2 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Open up your tube of choice-copy and paste over to your canvas
Arrange to the left of the selected area-selections-invert-hit delete
Paste the tube again-arrange to the right of the selected area-selections-invert-delete
Selections-select none-repeat for the other 2 frame backgrounds-using different parts of the tube as you go down

Close all of your layer all except the tube parts you just added-merge visible the tube parts
Reopen the other layers-now on the merged layer-dupliate this-on the original layer change the blend mode to 'Multipy'
On the duplicated layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-change the radius to 3.00-click ok
Change the blend mod to 'Soft Light'-still on this layer add the filter 'Penta.com - Color Dot'

Add the photo hinge to the top of your tag-erase some so it looks like its hanging off your words
Repeat drop shadow

Copy and paste your tube-arrange in the center of your tag-drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black

New canvas 550 x 550-flood fill with colour of choice
Layers-new mask layer-from image
Look for Vix_Mask147-click ok
Merge group-copy and paste this onto your tag
Move this layer above the white background-arrange this under the smaller circle

Using a font of choice-I am using 'A & S Rhino'- add your name to your tag
I placed the name at the bottom of the tag but this is upto you-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Crop and resize if needed
