Let's begin

New canvas 550 x 500 flood fill white

Copy and paste your tube-resize-drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black
place in the middle of the canvas

Preset shape-ellipse-stoke white-fill color from your tube-width 5.00
Draw a circle around your tube-once happy-convert to raster-move below your tube layer

Using the magic wand-click inside the circle-selections-invert
Now on your tube layer-erase part of the tube that is outside the circle

Add drop shadow to the circle layer 0, 0, 30, 3.00 black

Preset shape again-ellipse-stoke black-fill null-draw out a another circle
A little bigger than your last-do not convert to raster-we will be deleting this layer later on

New layer- we are going to add your words around the circle-choose your font I used Century Gothic-with your font tool selected go
over to your circle-click when you see a curve on the tool
Type out your sayings until its all around the circle
I Chose the words 'Express Yourself' then your name-leave a little space inbetween
So you can add some stars if desired-once happy convert to raster

Now you can delete the last circle we made

Add drop shadow to your words 2, 2, 30, 3.00 black

Using your preset shape-star2-add any stars inbetween your words
Drop shadow as above

Grab your selection tool set on rectangle-draw out a rectangle selection in the middle of the circle
Flood fill white-select none-erase any excess from either side of your circle
Change the opacity to 34-repeat the above for 2 more thin rectangles

Using the selection tool again-draw around the top half of your circle
Make sure you don't get any of the rectangle we just did in the selection
Add the filter Penta.com - Color Dot using the following settings

Repeat for the bottom half of your circle-also inbetween the thin rectangles we did

Selection tool again-draw around the middle rectangle-resize the flowers supplied
Copy and paste onto your canvas-move to the right of the selection-selections-invert-delete
Duplicate-mirror-arrange to the left of your rectangle-select none

Move the flowers below your rectangle layer-change the opacity to 34-luminance

Copy and paste the ribbon from the kit-resize-colorize-duplicate-place either side of your tube

Crop and resize if needed

Add proper copyright info

Now we are going to animate:

Edit-copy merged-paste into AS

Duplicate for a total of 6 frames-edit-select all

Open the animation supplied-edit-select all-edit-copy
Back to your tag-edit-paste into selected frame

See tag above for placement

Edit-paste into selected frame if you want to add more than one

All thats left to do is save your tag
