This tutorial was written for those 
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Sonya Roji

Bow, Diamond & Chain. If these are yours
Please email me so I can either credit you or remove them
Font of choice - I used Century Gothic

OK Let's Begin

 
Open and minimise your supplies in Psp

Open a blank canvas 600 x 600 we can resize later-flood fill white

Grab the Preset shape-rectangle-stoke null-fill color of choice
Draw out your rectangle once happy convert to Raster-dropshadow 0, 0, 40, 4
Duplicate 3 times for a total of 4 rectangles see tag above for placement

Next get your magic wand and click inside the first and last rectangle
Once selected-effect-texture effects-blinds
Settings-Width 2-Opacity 30-Color white-horizontal and Light ticked
Click ok

Next click inside the other two rectangles, once selected-effects-plugins
Penta-dot and cross default setting

Next copy and paste the chain onto canvas place on the left
See above for placement-once happy move this layer under your rectangles
Duplicate and mirror so you've got a chain on the right also

Now to add the shoes (or anything of your choice) I used the Ding Font WC Fetish-48-black
Choose your shoes and place where desired or look above for placement
Once happy on your layer pallette change the blend mode of the shoes to soft light

Copy and paste wordart and place in the middle of your tag. Drop shadow of choice 

 
Now we want to add the diamonds-copy and paste-duplicate 4 times for a total of 5 diamonds
Once again see tag for placement
Close of your other layers and merge visible the diamonds-drop shadow of choice. Un X your layers
Duplicate the diamond layer-image-flip-place at bottom of the tag

Add anything else you like I added the words-Diamonds or Shoes but this is your choice
I also added Bows which i've supplied-colorize them to match the tag

Copy and paste your tube-drop shadow of choice and place on the right of the tag

Time to add your name I used Century Gothic-48-Black-dropshadow

Also make sure you add proper copywrite info and your watermark

Crop and resize if needed
