This tutorial was written for those 
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:

 
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Keith Garvey
If you would like to use his artwork please visit his store here
Font of choice - I am using 'Morpheus'
Cobweb mask by Mz Kels
Cauldron - if this is yours please email me so I can either give credit or remove thanks!
Smoke by me
Cat tube
Animated book

Filters used - 'DSB Flux - Bright Noise' and Eye Candy 4000 - Jiggle

 
Supplies here

 
New canvas 700 x 700 flood fill white
I know it's big but will give us enough room to work with plus we can crop it later on

Open all the supplies but the animated book

Preset shape-rectangle-stoke null-fill black-convert to raster
Draw out a circle about the size of mine above-do not convert to raster just yet
New layer-we are going to add your words around the circle-choose your font I used 'Morpheus'-with your font tool selected go 
over to your circle-click when you see a curve on the tool-write out your sayings until its all around the circle
I Chose the words 'Bubble Bubble Toil and Trouble' Once happy convert to raster
Add a drop shadow of choice to the circle and your words

Open a new canvas 400 x 400 flood fill white-now we are going to add the mask supplied
Layers-new mask layer-from image-look for the mask supplied
Invert mask data checked-click ok-merge group
Copy and paste the mask layer onto your tag-place to the right of your circle-resize if needed
Duplicate and place to the left of your tag
Copy and paste the cauldron-resize by 80% then resize again 90%
Drop shadow of choice

Copy and paste the smoke I supplied-rename smoke 1-align it with the green stuff in cauldron
Duplicate the smoke twice for a total of 3 smoke layers-renaming them smoke 2 - smoke 3
On smoke 2 layer-add the filter Jiggle using these defaults settings
But press random seed once

 
Repeat for smoke 3 layer-pressing random seed once more
Close off layers smoke 2 and 3 for now

Copy and paste your tube-resize if needed-place to the left of your tag
Drop shadow of choice

On the cauldron layer-Using the freehand selection tool
Draw around the fire-keep selected-duplicate twice for a total of 3 layers
Rename the layers-cauldron 1-cauldron 2 and cauldron 3
On cauldron 1 we are going to add bright noise-DSB Flux - Bright Noise-intensity 20.00-mix-click ok
Cauldron 2 hit mix twice
Cauldron 3 hit mix three times
Close off layers cauldron 2 and 3 for now 
Select none

Now add any cat if desired-place where happy

Add your name to the bottom of your tag-drop shadow of choice

Crop and resize if needed

Now to add proper copyright info

Let's animate:

Edit-copy merged
In AS-paste as new animation

Back in Psp
Close off layers 'Smoke 1' and 'Cauldron 1'
Open layers 'Smoke 2' and 'Cauldron 2'
Edit-copy merged
In AS-paste after current frame

Back again to Psp
Close off layers 'Smoke 2' and 'Cauldron 2'
Open layers 'Smoke 3' and 'Cauldron 3'
Edit-copy merged
In AS-paste after currrent frame

You will now have 3 frames in AS
Edit-select all

 
Open the animated book I supplied
Edit-select all-edit-copy

Back to your tag
Edit-paste into selected frame
Place the book where desired

Frame properties-change to 30

Once happy with your tag save as .gif
