 Lets begin

Put the Arrow preset shape into your preset shape folder

Open the Chain and mask minimize for now

Preset shape-look for the curved arrow-stoke #f6239a-fill black-width 3.00<
Draw out the arrow-see tag for size-convert to raster-drop shadow of choice

On the arrow layer using the magic wand click on the black part-add the blind effect using the following settings

Copy and paste your eyelet-place at the top of the arrow-duplicate-mirror

Using the magic wand click inside the eyelet-selections-modify-expand by 2-click on the arrow layer-then delete

Repeat for the other eyelet

Copy and paste the chain and place on the eyelet-duplicate-mirror

Open the animation and paste onto canvas-place on the arrow
This is just so we get the chains in right place we shall delete it later on

Add a new layer above your background-layers-new mask layer-from image-look for the mask-click ok-merge group
 Resize if needed
Also add any brushes of choice to this layer

Copy and paste your tube as new layer-place to the left of your tag so it looks like the arrow is pointing up to her
Resize and add dropshadow of choice

Time to add your name and proper copywrite info

Now we are going to animate it
Delete the animation layer-copy merged-paste into animation

Duplicate your tag so you have got 2 frames-edit-select all

Open the Brunette animation-edit-select all-edit-copy

Back to your tag-edit-paste into selected frame
