This tutorial was written for those 
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:

 
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Jamie Kidd If you would like to use her work then please visit CDO
Animation
Rings, Whip and Handcuffs - If these are yours please email me so I can either credit you or remove

Let's get started

Open supplies and minimize in Psp all except the animation

Open new canvas 600 x 600. Flood fill white

Copy and paste your tube in the middle of your canvas

Preset shape-rectangle-stoke white-fill black-width 3.00-draw out your rectangle around your tube

 Convert to raster-move this layer below your tube

Rectangle again-stoke null-fill white-draw out a smaller rectangle like mine above-convert to raster

Now using a font of choice add words of choice or mine 'Bad Bad Girl' to the white rectangle 

 Once happy-add the rings, whip and handcuffs-place where desired or see tag above for placement

 
At the top of your tag add some words-I chose 'Bad.Bad.Girl' 

 Now at the bottom of your tag add your name

 
Add proper copyright info then crop and resize if needed

 
Now to animate:

Edit-copy merged-paste into AS 
Duplicate for a total of 10 frames

Open the animation supplied

Edit-select all-animation-rotate-right 90-edit-copy

  Back on your tag-edit-paste into selected frame-place to the left of your tag

 
On the animation-undo-animation-rotate-left 90-edit-copy
Back on your tag-edit-paste into selected frame-place to the right of your tag

Now all thats left is to view your animation
