This tutorial was written for those 
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:

 
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Keith Garvey
If you would like to use his artwork please visit his store here
Fonts of choice - I am using 'Signature' and a pixel font 'FFF Urban'
Forget me nots by Rainbow Coffi. You can get them from Psp-Playground
Brat word art by me
Alpha - which you can get from Dozi Baer

 
Filters used - 'Xenofex 2 - Constellation' and 'VM Extravaganza - Transmission'

Supplies here

 
Let's get started

 
Open the supplies and minimize for now

New canvas 600 x 600 flood fill white

Copy and paste the Brat wordart

Using a pixel font-I am using 'FFF Urban' type out the word 'Brat' keep repeating until the
Wordart is covered-see tag above-convert to raster

Making sure the wordart is covered-click back onto the wordart layer
Using the magic wand-click inside the letters-selections-invert
Click on the Brat pixel layer-press delete-selections none
Lower the opacity of the pixel layer to around 56

This part is optional-using the magic wand-click inside the letter R
Copy and paste your tube into the selected area-once happy
Selection invert-delete-select none-now repeat for the letter A
Lower the opacity of the tube layers to around 14

Copy and paste a 'Forget me not' flower of choice-I used the one furthest to the right
Resize and colorize color of choice-see tag above for placement

Copy and paste your tube-plac eto the right of your tag-drop shadow of choice

Click on the white background layer-preset shape-ellipse-stoke null-fill color from your tube
Draw out a circle-convert to raster-adjust-blur-gaussian blur 20.00-click ok
Now we want to add the filter-VM Extravaganza-transmission-default settings-click ok

Pick out an alpha that matches the letter of your name-copy and resize
Put it so it looks like its hanging off the Brat wordart-erase a little if needed

Now using a font of choice-I am using 'Signature' write out your name-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00, black
See tag for placement

Crop and resize if needed

Now to add proper copyright info

Now to animate:

Click on the layer we added the filter transmission on

Xenofex 2-constellation-using the following settings

Edit-copy merged-paste as new animation in AS
Back to Psp-undo-repeat the above constellation settings but press random seed
Edit-copy merged-paste after current frame in AS
Back in Psp again-undo-repeat settings-press random seed
Edit-copy merged-paste after current frame in AS

All thats left is to test your animated tag

Once happy-save as .gif
