This tutorial was written for those 
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:

PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Elias Chatzoudis
If you would like to use his artwork please visit his store here
Font of choice - I am using 'Bergling Fantasia NF'
Scrap kit of choice or the one I am using which you can purchase from here
 Word Art by Lori ~LM
Wings if desired - you can get it from Sugar Snap Scraps
Clouds by Rainbow Coffi - you can get them from PSP-Playground
Template by me

Supplies here

 
Lets get started

Open the supplies choosing 2 papers from the kit, heart element, pin and bow

Using the selection tool set on rectangle-draw out a rectangle
Resize and colorize one of the papers-copy and paste onto your canvas
Arrange into the selected area-selections-invert-delete-select none
Add drop shadow 0, 0, 30, 3.00, black

Repeat the above for the other paper making the selected area a little bit bigger
Rotate this paper left by 10.00-repeat drop shadow-move this below your first paper

 
Copy and paste my heart template-arrange in the center of your papers

Copy and paste the heart element from Nit Wits lil bits kit
Resize then arrange on the heart-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00, black

Copy and paste your tube-dropshadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00, black
Place in the center of the heart element-erase part so it looks like she is standing in it
See tag above

Copy and paste the clouds-resize then colorize to match your tag-arrange at the bottom of your tag

Copy and paste the roses-see tag for placement

Resize and colorize the bow-again see tag for placement

Copy and paste the word art supplied-place to the left of your tag on the clouds

Now using a font of choice add your name to the right of your cloud-drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00, black
Copy the hearts from the wordart and arrange around your name
Crop and resize if needed

Add proper copyright info

Save your tag as .png
