This tutorial was written for those 
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

 
Supplies Needed:

PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Elias Chatzoudis
If you would like to use his artwork please visit here
Scrap kit of choice or you can purchase the one I used here
Wrap around ribbon of choice
Glitter heart by me
Diamond
Animation

Let's begin
Open the supplies - from the kit choose 2 papers, beaded wire, felt hearts, heart button, bow and frame

 
New canvas 600 x 600 flood fill white

Selection tool-circle-draw out a circle-resize one of the papers-copy and paste onto the canvas
Arrange in the selected area-selections-invert-delete-select none
Drop shadow of 0, 0, 50, 5.00, black

Resize the felt hearts-copy and paste one of them then arrange on the circle
Rotate-right by 10.00-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00, black
Copy and paste the other heart-rotate-left by 10.00-repeat above drop shadow
See tag above for placement

Resize the frame-copy and paste onto your tag-arrange in the center
Click inside the frame with the magic wand-selections-modify-expand by 3
Resize the other paper-copy and paste onto your canvas-arrange in the selected area
Selections-invert-delete-select none-move this paper layer below the frame

Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange on the frame-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00, black

Using a wrap around ribbon of choice-add this to your frame

Resize the beaded love wire-copy and paste onto your tag-place where desired

Add a bow-arrange on one of the felt hearts-repeating drop shadow

Copy and paste the heart button-resize-see tag for placement-repeating drop shadow

Add any other elements of choice-I added the glitter heart and diamonds on the frame
I have supplied those if you wish to do the same

Add your name-place at the bottom of your tag-drop shadow

Crop and resize if needed

Now add proper copyright info

Once happy with your tag you can now animate if you wish

Copy merged-over to AS-paste as new animated
Duplicate for a total of 22 frames
Edit-select all

Open up the animation supplied
Colorise if needed-I did this by going to Animation-replace color
I replaced the colour of the animation with a colour from my tag

Still on the animation-edit-select all-edit-copy
Back to your tag-edit-paste into selected frame
Arrange the animation anywhere on your tag or see my tag

Once happy save as .gif
