This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Elias Chatzoudis

Filters used - 'VM Extravaganza - Transmission'

Supplies here

 
Let's get started

Open and minimize your supplies

New canvas 600 x 600 Flood fill white

Preset shape-rectangle-stoke null-fill color from your tube
Draw out a rectangle-convert to raster
Add the filter 'VM Extravaganza - Transmission' Settings 6, 8, 40
Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Preset shape again-settings as above but change the fill to black
Draw out a smaller rectangle-convert to raster
Add the same filter as above-setting 6, 4, 40
Same drop shadow as above

Using a font of choice - I am using 'Astaire' add your word of choice
I chose 'Heartbreaker' place to the left of your tag-drop shadow as above
Duplicate-arrange on the right

Copy and paste the forever heart or use your own
Place in the middle of your words-repeat drop shadow

 
Add any stitches to your tag-colorize and place where desired

Copy and paste the heart accent-resize-place in the middle of your tag

Add your tube-repeat drop shadow

Using a different font - I am using 'Times New Roman' add your name
Place to the bottom of your tag-repeat drop shadow

Add any circles and hearts to your tag if desired-also add bright noise entirely upto you

Once happy with your tag-crop and resize

Add proper copyright info then save
