Find Me In The Club

This tutorial was written for those 
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Ismael Rac

Mask by Weescotslass Thanks hun!
Glitter fill of choice
Font of choice - I am using 'LD Jilly Nilly' and 'FFF Urban'

Filters used - 'Mura Meister - Copies', 'Xero - Frittilary', Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow
Penta.com - Jeans
 
Supplies here

Let's get started

Open up your supplies and minimize for now all except my tag template

Image-canvas size-change the width and height too 700 x 700-click ok
Close of my watermark layer

Select the circle layer-select all-float-defloat-new raster layer-flood fill with black
Selection-select none-close off the original circle layer

Select the font tool-choose a light colour then using the font 'FFF Urban' size 6 Anti-alias set to off
Type out any words of choice-I chose 'Find Me In The Club' convert to raster layer
Effects-plugins-Mura Meister - Copies-use the following settings
 


Change the opacity to around 70 or whatever looks best for you
Select your black circle layer-select all-float-defloat-selections-invert
Hit delete on your text layer-selections-select none

Select the bars layer-selections-select all-float-defloat-new raster layer
Flood fill with a colour to match your tube-selections-select none
Close off the original bars layer
Using the selection tool-rectangle-draw around the thin rectangle
 


Edit-cut-selections-select none-edit-paste-arrange the thin rectangle exactly where it was
Effects-plugins-Penta.com - Jeans-add the following settings
 
 

Add drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black to the bars layer and thin rectangle

Select the words layer-add the above drop shadow

Now select the stars layer-adjust-add/remove noise-use the following settings
 
 
Add drop shadow 1, 1, 20, 2.00, black

Select the music note layer-selections-select all-float-defloat-flood fill with your glitter fill of choice
Selections-select none-add gradient glow using the following settings
 

 
Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00, black

Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange in the center of your tag
Repeat above drop shadow

New canvas-600 x 600-flood fill with a colour of choice
Layers-new mask layer-from image-look for the mask WSL_Mask78-click ok
Merge group then copy and paste over to your tag-arrange this layer above the white background layer
Using a font of choice-I am using LD Jilly Nilly-add your name to your tag-arrange where desired
Add the above gradient glow settings-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Now add proper copyright info then crop your tag

Select the bar layer-effects-plugins-Xero - Frittilary-using the following settings
 

Click ok-edit-copy merged-open up Animation shop-paste as new animation
Back to PSP-edit-undo-effects-plugins-Xero - Frittilary--change the variation to 28
Edit-copy merged-back to AS-paste after current frame
Back to PSP once more-edit-undo-effects-plugins-Xero - Frittilary--change the variation to 32
Back to AS-paste after current frame
Edit-select all-animation-frame properties-change to 20-click ok
Test your animation-once happy save as .gif
