This tutorial was written for those 
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Scott Blair

I purchased this tube when he was at MPT - as far as I know I don't think he is selling his artwork anywhere!
Bow of choice - I am using one from Scrapadelic
Mask by Vix Thanks hun!!!
Mask by Becky
Window Frame
Diamond
Rose Stem
City Mist

Supplies here

 
Let's get started

New canvas 600 x 600 flood fill white

Copy and paste the window frame supplied-resize
Using the selection tool set on rectangle-draw out a selection-smaller that the window frame
Copy and paste the city mist-move below the window frame
Selections-invert-delete-colorize the mist-colour of choice

Copy and paste the rose stem-resize-rotate left by 90
Arrange to the left of the frame-duplicate-arrange as desired or see tag above

 
Using a bow of choice-copy and paste onto your tag-resize if desired and arrange onto your bows
Add the diamonds onto the bows

Copy and paste your tube of choice-resize-arrange at the bottom of your tag
Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 Black

Open a new canvas 550 x 550 flood fill using a colour of choice
Layers-new mask layer-from image-look for the mask by Vix-un tick the invert mask data-click ok
Merge group-copy and paste onto your tag

Move this layer above your white background layer
Now to add Beckys mask to this layer-layers-new mask layer-from image
Look for Beckys mask-click ok-merge group
Add any words of choice to the window frame-I chose 'Femme Fatale'
Repeat drop shadow

Now to add your name place this to the bottom of your tag-drop shadow as above
Crop and resize if needed

 
Add proper copyright info

 
Save as .png
