This tutorial was written for those 
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:

 
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Ray Leaning
I purchased this tube when he was at MPT - as far as I know I don't think he is selling his artwork anywhere!
Font of choice - I am using 'Times New Roman'
Frame - If this is yours please email me so I can credit you or remove it thank you!
Staple by Scrappy Expressions
Rose stem
Diamond heart
Template by me
Word art by me
Panther Animation

Supplies here

 
Let's begin

Open and minimize the supplies for now

New canvas 600 x 600 floodfill white

Copy and paste my template onto your canvas

Copy and paste your tube of choice-place to the right of your tag
Drop shadow of choice

Copy and paste the frame supplied-resize about the size of mine-colorize
Duplicate for a total of 3-arrange like mine above

Using the magic wand-click inside each of the frames-selections-modify-expand by 2.00
New layer-flood fill black-move this layer below your frames

Copy and paste your tube-place onto the selected area-once happy-lower the opacity to around 50
Selections-invert-delete-select none-make sure the tube layer is below the frame but above the black background

 
Copy and paste the rose stem-resize and colorize-see tag above for placement

Add a staple to the rose stems

Copy and paste the diamond heart-resize and place where desired

Copy and paste my word art-see tag for placement
Try to place same place as mine so there is enough room for the animated panther

Add your name to the the tag-place to the bottom-drop shadow of choice

Crop and resize if needed

Add proper copyright info

Time to animate:

Edit-copy merged-in AS paste as new animation
Duplicate for a total of 17 frames
Edit-select all

Open up the panther animation

 
Edit-select all-edit-copy
On your tag-edit-paste into selected frame
Arrange the panther into the middle of the circle

Click onto the first frame-frame properties 30-click ok
Do the same for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th frame

Click onto the very last frame-frame properties 130-click ok

Once happy with your tag save as .gif
