This tutorial was written for those 
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:

 
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Jose A Cano
If you would like to use his artwork please visit his store her
Font of choice - I am using 'Impact', '1 Snappy DNA' and '0 Whoa DNA'<br>
Tag template #111 by me - you can get it from my blog Divine Intentionz
Bow of choice
2 scrap papers of choice
Mask by Becky - supplied

Filters used - Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient glow and Penta.com - Color Dot

Let's get started

Open Becky's mask and minimize for now

Open up my tag template close off my watermark layer
Image-canvas size-change the width and height to 700 x 700

Choose 2 dark colours from your tube of choice-set them as your foreground and background colours
Change the foreground to gradient-then look for those 2 colours use the following settings

Select the square layer on my template-select all-float-defloat-new raster layer
Flood fill this with the gradient-now add the filter 'Penta.com-color dot' using the following settings

Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange this on the right of the square-selections-invert-delete-selections-select none
Change the blend mode to Luminance (L)-duplicate this tube layer-arrange to the left of the square

Now add the filter 'Eye Candy 4000' - gradient glow to the square using the following settings

 Click ok then add the gradient glow again but change the white to a colour from your tube

Click ok then add it once more but change the colour to black

Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

 
Change your foreground and background to 2 lighter colours from your tube
Change the foreground to gradient and look for those 2 lighter colours using these settings

Select the rectangle layer-select all-float-defloat-new raster layer
Flood fill this with the gradient-now add the filter 'Penta.com-color dot' using the above settings 

 Add the above gradient glow settings to this layer-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Using a font of choice-I am using 'Impact'-add any words of choice to the rectangle then change the blend mode to screen
Also you can add words over the tube parts on the square layer

Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange in the center of the rectangle
Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Select the shape1 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat-new raster layer
Flood fill with a colour of choice-selections-select none-add gradient glow

Or use a colour of choice-click ok-repeat above dropshadow

Select circle1 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat-new raster layer
Flood with with a colour of choice-selections-select none
Close off my circle1 layer

Repeat the above for the shape2 and circle2 layers
On the circle2 layer I flood filled this with a paper of choice rather than a colour but this is your choice

Using a font of choice-I am using '0 Whoa DNA' add any words to the circles-I chose 'You Can't Touch This'
Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Add any bows of choice to your tag-place where desired-drop shadow as above

Add your name-also add gradient glow to your name if you like-above drop shadow

New canvas 500 x 500-using a scrap paper of choice-copy and paste this onto the new canvas
Layer-new mask layer-from image-look for Becky's mask-click ok
Merge group-copy and paste this onto your tag near the top-arrange this layer above the white background layer
Duplicate-image-flip-arrange near the bottom of your tag

Crop and resize your tag if needed

Now add proper copyright info then save as .png
