This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP.
For my tutorials I use PSP 9 and Animation Shop
Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Elias Chatzoudis

Template by Sylvie which you can get from our forum blog Creative Misfits Creations
Font of choice - I am using Century Gothic and Passions Conflict Rob
Filters used
Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient glow
VanDerLee - Interlace
MuRas Meister - copies
Penta.com - color dot
Lets get started
Open up Sylvie's template-image-canvas size width 750-height 700
Select the grey rectangle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
New raster layer-flood fill with #fc71b9-close off the grey rectangle layer
Selections-select none-effets-plugins-penta.com-jeans-use following settings
Add drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black
Now select the pink rectangle layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Foreground #ffffff-background #fc71b9
Click on the foreground colour to bring up the material properties
Select the gradient tab-use the following settings
Flood fill the selected area-selections-select none
Effects-plugins-penta.com-color dot-use these settings
Effects-plugins-eye candy 4000-gradient glow-use the following settings
Select the party girl text layer-add above color dot settings and gradient glow settings
Select the martini layer-repeat above gradient glow then add drop shadow of 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black
Select the white square layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Flood fill with the above gradient-repeat above color dot settings
Open up your tube of choice-image-mirror
Copy and paste this over the selected square-selections-invert-hit delete
Selections-invert-selections-modify-expand by 4.00
New raster layer-flood fill with #ffffff
Selections-select none
Adjust-add/remove noise-add noise-use these settings
Add drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black
Move this layer down one
Duplicate the tube layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light-select the original tube layer
Change the blend mode to luminance (L)
Copy and paste your tube of choice again
Effects-plugins-MuRa's Meister-copies-use following settings
Select the black rectangle 1 layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Arrange the tube we just added copies too over the selected rectangle
Selections-invert-hit delete
Duplicate this layer-adjust-blur-gaussian blur-radius 3.00
Change the blend mode to soft light-effects-plugins-VanDerLee-Interlace-default settings
Select the original tube layer-change the blend mode to luminance (L)
Add drop shadow to the black rectangle 1 layer 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black
Duplicate the original tube layer we have just been using-image mirror
Arrange this on the black rectangle 2 layer
Add drop shadow the the rectangle layer 0, 0 40, 10.26 black
Repeat drop shadow for the word Alcohol
Using a font of choice-I am using Century Gothic
Add the words All Night Long-arrange this on the black rectangle - thin
Select the black rectangle - thin layer-add above gradient glow settings
Repeat above drop shadow
Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange as above
Repeating drop shadow
Using a font of choice-I am using Passions Conflict Rob
Add your name-rotate left by 15.00-add above noise settings
Drop shadow 0, 0, 40, 10.26 black
Crop and resize your tag if needed-add proper copyright info then save your tag as .png
