This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP

 
Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Dirk Richter
If you would like to use his artwork please visit CDO
Fonts of choice - I am using 'Bank Gothic' and 'Trajan Pro'
Mask By Vix Thanks Matey!!! 
Diamond
Diamond Heart
Rose Stem
Bow of choice

Supplies here

Let's get started

Open and minimize your supplies for now 

New canvas 600 x 600 flood fill white - we can resize later on

Preset shape-rectangle-stoke white-fill black-width 4.00
Draw out a square about the size of mine above-convert to raster-drop shadow of choice

Using your magic wand-click inside the black part-copy and paste your tube of choice into selected area
Place to the left of the square-once happy-selections-invert-delete-select none
Lower the opacity to around 22-Duplicate this layer-mirror-arrange to the right of the square

Copy and paste your tube-resize by 80%-arrange in the middle of your square
Drop shadow of choice

Preset shape-rectangle-stoke black-fill null-width 4.00
Draw out a small rectangle to the right of your tag-convert to raster
Magic wand-click inside the rectangle-selections-modify-expand by 2.00
Copy and paste your tube-arrange part of it showing in the selected area
Once happy-select none-move this layer below the small rectangle frame

Repeat the above step for the left of your tag-see tag above

Copy and paste the rose stem-resize and colorize to match your tag
Arrange at the bottom of your tag

Add any bows of choice to the smaller rectangles

Copy and paste the diamond heart-resize-place where desired

Using a font of choice-add any words to the top of your tag
I chose 'Not Such An Innocent Girl' - drop shadow of choice

Open a new canvas 550 x 550 flood fill black
Layers-new mask layer-from image-look for Vix's mask-untick invert mask data-click ok
Merge group-copy and paste onto your tag-move this layer above the white background
Drop shadow of choice

Copy and paste the diamond supplied-arrange as desired

Add your name to the bottom of your tag-drop shadow of choice

Crop and resize if desired

Add proper copyright info

Save as .png
