This tutorial was written for those that have a working knowledge of PSP

 
Supplies Needed:

PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Carlos Diez
If you would like to use his artwork please visit Up Your Art
Fonts of choice - I am using 'ALS Script' and 'Honey Script Light'
Bows and ribbon of choice
Diamond
Animation

Filtes used - 'Gradient Glow' and 'VM Extravaganza - Transmission'

 
Supplies here

 
Let's begin

Open and minimize your supplies - open the animation also to use as a template

New canvas 600 x 600 flood fill white

Preset shape-ellipse-stoke white-fill  black-width 3.00
While holding down shift-draw out a circle about the size of mine
Convert to raster-drop shadow 0, 0, 50, 5.00 black

Preset shape again-ellipse-stoke white-fill null-line style diamond-width 3.00
Draw out another circle-smaller than the one above
Convert to raster-place on the first circle

Copy and paste your tube-place on the right of your circle
Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black-erase any excess

Copy and paste the animation-arrange on the circle-see tag above
We will be deleting this before we go to AS-we are just using it as a template

Add any words around the animation template
I used the words 'In the dark I watch and wait Just for you'

Add a new layer above your white background
Preset shape-ellipse-stoke null-fill black-draw out another circle
Bigger than the ones above-convert to raster-adjust-blur-gaussian blur 20.00
Now to add the filter VM Extravaganza-transmission-default settings

Add any bows and ribbons of choice

Now to add your name-add gradient glow-white-setting Fat
Arrange at the bottom of your tag

Crop and resize if needed

Add proper copyright info

Delete the animation template

Now to animate:

Edit-copy merged-in AS paste as new animation
Duplicate for a total of 10 frames
Edit-select all

Open the animation supplied-you will see it has 10 frames
Edit-select all-edit-copy

Back to your tag-edit-paste into selected frame
Place where desired

Click on the first frame-animation-frame properties 300

Now to view your tag-once happy save as .gif
