This tutorial was written for those 
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice preferably with a close up image also
I used artwork by Keith Garvey

Fonts of choice - I am using 'Mistral' and 'Anastasia'

 
Let's get started

New canvas 600 x 600 flood fill white

Preset shape-ellipse-stoke black-fill null-width 4.00
Draw out your circle-about the size of mine-do not convert to raster yet

New layer-we are going to add your words around the circle-choose your font I used 'Mistral'
With your font tool selected go over to your circle-click when you see a curve on the tool
Write out your sayings until its all around the circle
I Chose the words 'Garv Girls Rock'-once happy convert to raster-drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Add this drop shadow to your circle 0, 0, 50, 5.00 Black

Preset shape again-same settings as above but change the line style tool too dash dot
Draw out another circle just a little smaller than the one above
Convert to raster-drop shadow 0, 0, 50, 5.00 black
Arrange like mine above

 
Click back onto your first circle layer-magic wand-click inside the circle
Copy and paste your close up tube-selections-invert-delete
Change the opacity to around 50

Preset shape-choose a star shape-stoke null-fill black
Draw out a star to fill your circle-convert to raster-drop shadow 0, 0, 50, 5.00 black
Move this layer below your close up layer
Preset shape again-same settings as above but change the fill to white
Draw out another star shape-smaller than the one above
Convert to raster-repeat dropshadow-place this inside the larger star
Preset shape again-same settings as above but change fill back to black
Draw out a smaller star-convert to raster-repeat dropshadow
See tag above for placement

Add any other stars within the circle if desired

Now add your name and any other words of choice

Copy and paste your tube-resize if needed
Place to the right off your tag-dropshadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black

Crop and resize if needed

Add proper copyright info

Save as .png
