This tutorial was written for those 
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

 
Supplies Needed:

 
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice pref a close up
I used artwork by Jennifer Janesko
If you would like to use her artwork please visit CDO
Scrap kit by Jessica - Broken Destiny - which you can get from Tantrum Scraps
Template #16 by me which you can get from my blog Divine Intentionz
Font of choice - I am using 'Times New Roman'

Lets get started

Open up my template #16-image-canvas size-change the width and height to 600 x 600

Click on the layer named 'shape'-select all-float-defloat
Choose a paper from Jessica's kit-copy and paste onto your canvas
Selections-invert--delete-select none-drop shadow 1, 1, 30, 3.00 black-close off the original shape layer

Click on the rectangle layer-select all-float-defloat-copy and paste your tube-arrange over selected area
Once happy-selections-invert-delete-close the rectangle layer

Select the thin rectangle layer-select all-float-defloat
Choose another paper from the kit-copy and paste over to your tag
Selections-invert-delete-select none-repeat drop shadow
Close the original thin rectangle layer
Repeat the above for the heart layer

Select the line 1 layer-select all-float-defloat-new raster layer
Flood fill with colour of choice-select none-close off original layer
Repeat for line 2 layer

Add any elements from Jessica's kit-arrange where desired

Using a font of choice-add your name to the thin rectangle-above drop shadow

Crop and resize if needed

Now add proder copyright info then save your tag as .png
