This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Suzanne Woolcott

I purchased this tube when she was at AMI
Scrap kit by Nit Wit Collections - 'Whats The Buzz' kit which you can get purchase from here
Tag template #22 by me you can download it here
Font of choice - I am using 'Will and Grace'
Filter used - Eye Candy - Gradient Glow
Let's begin
Open up my tag template #22-image-canvas size-change the width and height to 800 x 800
This will give you plenty of room to work we can crop and resize later on
Close off the 'by missy' layer
Duplicate the shape layer-click on the original shape layer
Image-resize-change the width and height to 110 percent-click ok
Still on this layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Choose a paper from the kit-resize-copy and paste this onto your canvas
Selections-invert-hit delete-select none-close off the layer named 'shape'
Add drop shadow to the paper shape layer 0, 0, 50, 5.00 black
Now select the duplicate shape layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Choose another paper from the kit-resize-copy and paste over to your tag
Selections-invert-hit delete-select none-close off the duplicated shape layer
Still on the smaller paper shape layer-selections-select all-float-defloat-modify-expand by 2.00-click ok
New raster layer-flood fill this white-select none-move this below the smaller paper shape layer
Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Click on the frame background layer-selections-select all-float -defloat
Choose a blue paper from the kit-resize-copy and paste onto your tag
Selections-invert-hit delete-select none-close off the frame background layer
Select the frame layer-selections-select all-float-defloat
Choose another paper from the kit-resize-copy and paste over to your tag
Selections-invert-hit delete-select none-close off the frame layer
Add drop shadow to the paper frame layer 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Open up the grass border from the kit-resize-copy and paste onto your tag
Arrange on the frame-erasing any excess from either side of the frame
Add drop shadow to the grass layer 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Now add any other elements from the kit I added some bugs and bows etc to make up my tag
Make sure to add above drop shadow to whatever you add
Add your tube of choice-arrange as above-repeat drop shadow
Using a font of choice add your name-arrange at the bottom of your tag
Now add the filter gradient glow-glow width 3.00-click on the color tab-click on Fat then click ok
Drop shadow 1, 1, 40, 4.00 black
Crop and resize if needed
Add proper copyright info then save your tag as .png
