This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.
Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Keith Garvey

Template by me
Mask by Vix Thanks hun!
Font of choice - I am using 'Impact' 'Elisia' and 'Roelandt Rob'
Diamond
Filter used - 'Eye Candy 4000 - Gradient Glow'
Supplies here
Lets get started
Open up your supplies and minimize for now all except the template
Image-canvas size-change the width and height to 700 x 700-click ok
Select the center rectangle-selections-select all-float-defloat
Copy and paste your tube of choice-arrange to the left of the rectangle
Selections-invert-hit delete-selections-select none
Duplicate this layer-image-mirror-arrange to the right of the rectangle
Select the left tube part layer-duplicate-select the original tube layer we just duplicated
Change the blend mode to Luminance (L)-select the duplicated layer
Adjust-blur-gaussian blur 3.00-click ok
Change the blend mode to soft light
Repeat for the right tube part layer
Choose a nice fat font or the one I am using 'Impact' colour of choice
Add the words 'Diamond' arrange this in the center of the middle rectangle
Convert to raster-adjust-add/remove noise-add noise using the following settings
Drop shadow 0, 0, 60, 12.83 black
Select the font tool-font of choice I am using 'Elisia'
Using a colour of choice-type out the words 'Girls Best Friend' arrange above your diamond word
Convert to raster-duplicate-arrange the duplicated layer at the bottom of the diamond word
Add noise to both these layers using the same settings as above
Repeat drop shadow
Select the stars layers-add noise to these also-same settings as above
Add drop shadow 0, 0, 60, 12.83 black to the all the rectangle layers
Copy and paste the supplied diamond-arrange as above
New blank canvas 550 x 550-flood fill black
Open up Vix's mask-new canvas 550 x 550
Layers-new mask layer-from image
Look for Vix_Mask318-make sure invert mask data is unticked-click ok
Merge group-copy and paste this onto your tag
Move this layer above the white background
Copy and paste your tube-arrange in the center of your tag
Drop shadow 0, 0, 60, 12.83 black
Duplicate-on the original tube layer-change the blend mode to Luminance (L)
Select the duplicated layer-Adjust-blur-gaussian blur 3.00-click ok
Change the blend mode to overlay
Add your name-arrange bottom right of your tag
Effects-plugins-eye candy 4000-gradient glow-use following settings
Drop shadow as above
Crop and resize if needed
Add proper copyright info then save as .png
